This is a commercial electric kettle mixer with a 40-gallon capacity. It has a 2/3 jacket and is IPX6 water washdown rated. The mixer has advanced controls with a digital display and a timer that can be set from 1 minute to 10 hours. It also has low and high preset intensities, as well as manual set capability. The liner is made of 316 stainless steel and it has a 2" TDO. The mixer is tilt-type and comes with a console mounted tilt out twin shaft scraper mixer. The control console is floor mounted and the construction is stainless steel. It operates at 50 PSI and is NSF and UL certified. This product is proudly made in the USA.
