This is a commercial tilting kettle with an electric power source. It has a capacity of 20 gallons and features a 2/3 jacket for insulation. The kettle is equipped with IPX6 water rated electronic advanced controls, which include a digital display. It also has a timer that can be set from 1 minute to 10 hours. The kettle offers low (2) and high (7) preset intensities, but also has manual capability. The liner is made of 316 stainless steel and the kettle has a crank tilt mechanism. The control console is floor mounted and made of stainless steel. The kettle is constructed with bullet feet and has a pressure rating of 50 PSI.
