The Cecilware® Pro Hotplate is a gas countertop unit with a 36"W x 20"D cooking surface. It features six anti-clog burners with a BTU/hr rating of 22,000 each. The burners have individual manual controls for precise cooking. The hotplate also includes heavy-duty cast iron trivets for a sturdy work surface. It has a stainless steel construction and comes with 4" legs. The hotplate has a total BTU/hr rating of 132,000 and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. It has industrial metal knobs and easy access front panel pilot adjustments. The dual-ported burners are durable and anti-clogging. The hotplate can be operated using natural or LP gas, with a conversion kit included. It has an ergonomically rounded front bullnose and sturdy non-marring stainless steel legs. The hotplate is sleek, long-wearing, and easy to maintain. It is available in three widths: 12" wide with 2 burners, 24" wide with 4 burners, and 36" wide with 6 burners.
