The Cecilware® Pro Fryer is an electric countertop fryer with a full pot and a 15 lbs fat capacity. It features a thermal overload device and a safety cutout switch for added safety. The fryer has a removable stainless steel tank and comes with two fry baskets. It is made of stainless steel construction and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power of 1.8kW and 15.0 amps.
