The Globe C24GG Chefmate™ 24" Gas Griddle is a mid-size model that is perfect for businesses that require a decent amount of griddling without taking up too much space in the kitchen. It features twin burners, each capable of producing up to 30,000 BTU/hr, resulting in a total output of 60,000 BTU/hr. The griddle plate is ¾" thick, providing ample thermal mass for even heat distribution across the entire surface. The cooking surface has a fine polish to prevent food from sticking, and the entire cooktop is easily removable for thorough cleaning. Globe offers a variety of high-quality Flat Top Grills & Griddles that are built to last. To control grease, the griddle comes with 3-¼" high back and side splashes, as well as a 3-¼" wide trough at the front that leads to a removable stainless steel catch tray. The trough is wide enough to accommodate most spatulas, and there is an extended cool-to-touch front edge for comfortable use. This griddle is initially configured for natural gas, but it can be easily converted to use liquid propane using the included conversion kit and regulator. Standard features include manual controls, a stainless steel catch tray, a spatula-wide 3.25" trough, and adjustable pilots with front access. The griddle is available in 24" and 36" widths and has stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. The cooktop is fully removable for easy cleaning. Each burner provides high performance with 30,000 BTUs, and the 3/4" polished griddle plate ensures uniform heat distribution. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel and has an extended cool-to-touch front edge. It ships configured for natural gas but includes a liquid propane gas (LP) conversion kit and regulator. The durable steel U-style burner provides heat control every 12" and a flame every 6".
