The Glastender IDU-12X24 Ice Display Unit is a sleek stainless steel unit designed for conveniently serving ice cold beverages. It is specifically designed to replace the top of back bar units that are being ordered. If you are attaching this unit to your existing equipment, there are options available for field installation at a reduced price. The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel and features foamed-in-place insulation and a PVC breaker strip to ensure that beverages remain as cold as possible. It includes a ½" tall perforated stainless steel insert for drainage, which drains through a 1" tailpiece. The interior of the unit measures 5-½" in depth, 22" wide, and 10" front-to-back. The exterior dimensions are 6-½" in height, 24" in width, and 12" front-to-back. Glasstender offers a range of sizes for their Commercial Bar Ice Display Cases to accommodate various needs. The Glastender IDU-12X24 Ice Display Unit is ETL-Sanitation Certified. Standard features of this unit include foamed-in-place insulation, all stainless steel construction, a 6-1/2" height with a 5-1/2" deep liner, 1/2" tall perforated stainless steel bottom inserts, and a PVC "Breaker Strip" that acts as a thermal barrier to prevent heat transfer. This unit can be factory installed on top of a cooler cabinet or field installed on a countertop. It is important to note that the ice display units designed for merchandising bottled beverages can be factory mounted to the top of Glastender Back Bar, Narrow Door, Low Profile, Pass Thru, and Front Venting Coolers and Dry Storage Cabinets. Alternatively, the ice display unit can be field installed on an existing countertop.
