The Froster is a low profile, single zone refrigeration unit with side service. It has a width of 48" and is divided into two sections, with each section having an 18" wide door opening. The unit is self-contained and has LED interior lighting. It has a stainless steel interior and comes with three adjustable shelves per door. The refrigeration system uses R290 and has a 1/3 HP capacity. The unit is NSF Standard 7 certified for closed container products and is also cETLus and ETL-Sanitation approved. Some of the standard features of the Froster include 180° swinging doors, foamed-in-place insulation, automatic condensate evaporator, and a front venting system. The front of the cabinet is electrically heated and the unit comes with a stainless steel die cast handle with a lock. It also includes LED interior lights with an on/off switch. The Froster has a digital thermostat control with automatic defrost, which is easily visible. It has two defrost cycles - automatic and manual. The automatic defrost occurs every eight hours without affecting normal operation, while the manual defrost can be initiated by the user and lasts for six hours with automatic restart. The Froster is also available without a finished top, allowing for integrated installation below a customer supplied bar top. Optional glass doors are available, which are triple pane, low E, and Argon filled.
