The Froster is a low-profile, one-zone refrigeration unit with a side service feature. It has a width of 28 inches and consists of one section with a 20-inch wide door opening. The unit is self-contained and has LED interior lighting. It is designed with front venting and has a stainless steel interior and exterior sub-top. Each door has three adjustable shelves. The Froster uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/3 HP motor. It is NSF Standard 7 certified for closed container products and has cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and ETL Verified certifications. The unit is suitable for commercial glass frosters. Standard features of the Froster include 180-degree swinging doors, an all stainless steel interior, foamed-in-place insulation, and an automatic condensate evaporator. The front of the cabinet is electrically heated and the unit comes with a stainless steel die cast handle with a lock. It also includes LED interior lights with an on/off switch. The Froster has a self-contained high capacity refrigeration system. Optional glass doors are available, which are triple pane, low E, and Argon filled. The unit has a digital thermostat control with automatic defrost, which is easily visible. It is also available without a finished top for integrated installation below a customer supplied bar top. The Froster has two defrost cycles. The automatic cycle occurs every eight hours without affecting normal operation. The manual cycle can be initiated by the user and provides a complete six-hour defrost with automatic restart.
