The Glastender DI-IB24-CP10 Ice Bin is a drop-in unit that is designed to be installed into a cutout in your bar top. It comes with an integrated ten circuit cold plate. This ice bin can hold up to 71 lbs of ice in its 10-½" deep liner. It is equipped with foamed-in-place CFC-Free insulation and a PVC breaker strip to keep the ice solid for as long as possible. The breaker strip provides a 5/16" edge above the liner, allowing the sliding door to open and close smoothly. The integrated ten circuit cold plate at the bottom of the ice bin liner makes it perfect for use next to a soda gun station or beverage tap. The drainage for this model is through a ¾" MPT fitting. To install this unit, you will need to make a 17-½" x 24-½" cutout in your bar top. Make sure that your bar top is strong enough to support the weight of the fully loaded unit, which is 211 lbs. All the necessary mounting hardware is provided with the unit. The interior liner, top, and sliding cover are made from durable 20 gauge stainless steel, while the exterior wrap and bottom are made from 22 gauge galvanized steel. The Glastender DI-1B24-CP10 Ice Bin is ETL-Sanitation certified. Standard features of this ice bin include a 10-1/2" deep liner, a sliding stainless steel cover, a galvanized steel exterior wrap, and optional ten circuit cold plates. The top and interior liner are made from stainless steel, and the insulation is CFC free and foamed-in-place. The unit also includes four 1/4-20 x 1-1/2" studs for mounting to the countertop. The DI-IB24 and DI-IB30 models come with special angle brackets, U-channels, and mounting bolts for easy installation. Additionally, there is a PVC plastic breaker strip around the ice bin liner, which creates a 5/16" raised edge, acts as a thermal barrier to prevent heat transfer, and makes the cover slide easier.
