This is a description of a Column Draft Dispensing Tower. It is a countertop unit that measures 5 inches wide and 15 inches high. The tower is glycol-cooled and features three stainless steel faucets (handles not included). It has a faucet clearance of 10-1/4 inches and comes with a 5-inch insulated column. The tower also includes 1/4-inch stainless steel shanks with 3/16-inch insulated restriction lines. It has an insulated cold plate assembly and a 14-inch wide by 12-inch deep integral drain pan with a removable perforated insert and 1/2-inch tailpiece. The tower has a polished chrome finish. Some standard features of this tower include the option to have it without a drain pan, 1/4-inch shanks with 3/16-inch restriction lines, and the choice of one, two, or three faucets. The base plate of the tower serves as a template for hole cutting. The tower is constructed with all stainless steel (brass is optional) and has a unique internal support system for solid mounting. All models of the tower include stainless steel faucets and shanks. It also has an integral surface mount drain pan with a lift-out perforated insert. The tower is available in three finishes: grainline stainless, mirror finish stainless, or polished brass. It can also be equipped with a foamed-in-place cold plate assembly for a recirculating system. Additionally, there is an option to have a rinser faucet extension to the left or right of the drain pan, with different accessory model numbers depending on the finish desired.
