This is a description of a Column Draft Dispensing Tower. It is a countertop unit that measures 5 inches wide and 15 inches high. The tower is glycol-cooled and features two stainless steel faucets (handles not included). It has a faucet clearance of 10-1/4 inches and includes a 5-inch wide insulated column. The tower also has 1/4-inch stainless steel shanks with 3/16-inch insulated restriction lines. It comes with an insulated cold plate assembly and a 14-inch wide by 12-inch deep integral drain pan with a removable perforated insert and 1/2-inch tailpiece. The tower has a polished chrome finish. Some standard features of this tower include the option to have it without a drain pan, 1/4-inch shanks with 3/16-inch restriction lines, and the choice of one, two, or three faucets. The base plate of the tower serves as a template for hole cutting. The tower is constructed with all stainless steel (brass is optional) and has a unique internal support system for solid mounting. All models of the tower include stainless steel faucets and shanks. The tower also has an integral surface mount drain pan with a lift-out perforated insert. It is available in grainline stainless, mirror finish stainless, or polished brass. The tower can be equipped with a foamed-in-place cold plate assembly for a recirculating system. Additionally, it can be customized with a rinser faucet extension to the left or right of the drain pan, with options for stainless steel, mirror finish, or polished brass.
