The Polar Cuisine Refrigerated Base is a two-section unit with four 27" drawers. It has a stainless steel exterior and 6" stainless steel legs. This base is designed to be used with the Cuisine Series modular cook tops. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 1.5 amps. Some of the standard features of this base include adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior. It also has a front face mounted scroll type thermometer and a vertically mounted blower coil with HFC-404A refrigerant. The drawers have heavy-duty stainless steel slides and removable track assembly with a 10-year warranty for parts. The interior features ABS door front and cabinet sides, stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The standard drawers can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The base also has a mechanical section with removable front panel for refrigerant and electrical connections. Please note that the compressor is not included and must be provided separately. The unit must be hard-wired on site. Optional features for this base include casters and doors with tray racks to accommodate sheet pans instead of drawers. However, this option is not available for 32" drawers. There is also an option for extra deep drawers without a mullion to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans. The specifications for this base state that it is exclusively designed to be used with US Range Heavy Duty Cuisine Series modular tops. It has a stainless steel exterior front and sides, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The base also has a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, galvanized steel bottom and back, and CFC free foamed in place insulation. The stainless steel roller drawer assembly is removable and has self-lubricating rollers with a 10-year parts warranty. The standard drawers can accommodate 12" x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant and includes an electric condensate evaporator, solenoid, and thermostat. The unit must be hard-wired on site. It also has a vertically mounted blower coil and a mechanical section for refrigerant and electrical connections. The base is equipped with a scroll type thermometer and has 6" adjustable legs as standard.
