The Polar Cuisine Refrigerated Base is a two-section refrigeration unit designed to be used with US Range Heavy Duty Cuisine Series modular cook tops. It features a stainless steel exterior, adjustable legs, and a Santoprene magnetic door gasket. The unit has a vertically mounted blower coil and uses HFC-404A refrigerant. The drawers have heavy-duty stainless steel slides and can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The unit is equipped with a scroll type thermometer and has a 6" mechanical section for refrigerant and electrical connections. Optional features include casters and doors/tray racks for sheet pans. The unit must be hard-wired on site and is intended for commercial use only.
