The Polar Cuisine Refrigerated Base is a two-section unit with four 32" drawers. It has a stainless steel exterior and 6" stainless steel legs. The base is designed for use with Cuisine Series modular cook tops and requires a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with 3 amps. Standard features include adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush-mounted handle, a stainless steel exterior, and a front face-mounted scroll type thermometer. The unit also has a vertically mounted blower coil with HFC-404A refrigerant, heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides, and removable track assembly drawers with a 10-year warranty for parts. The interior features ABS door fronts and cabinet sides, a stainless steel top, rear, and bottom, and standard drawers with a mullion between them to accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The unit has a 6" mechanical section with a removable front panel for refrigerant and electrical connections. Please note that the compressor is not included and must be provided by the customer. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks to accommodate sheet pans instead of drawers (not available for 32" drawers), and extra deep drawers without a mullion to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans. The specifications for the unit include a stainless steel exterior, ABS interior door fronts and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. It has a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a galvanized steel bottom and back, and CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation. The removable stainless steel roller drawer assembly has self-lubricating rollers and carries a 10-year parts warranty. The unit uses HFC-404A refrigerant and has a vertically mounted blower coil. It requires a hard-wired electrical connection on site and comes with a scroll type thermometer and adjustable legs.
