The U Series Restaurant Range is a gas-powered range that measures 48 inches in width. It features six open burners, each with a power output of 32,000 BTUs. Additionally, it includes a 12-inch griddle with a 5/8-inch thick steel plate. The range is equipped with two space-saving ovens that have three position rack guides and come with an oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, two-piece back guard, and shelf of the range are all made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for stability. It has a total power output of 274,000 BTUs and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.
