The Sentry Series Restaurant Range is an electric range with a 60" width. It features 10 high-performance sealed element burners and two standard ovens. The range has a stainless steel exterior finish and comes with a 10" high backguard. It also has 6" stainless steel legs for stability.

The range has a total power of 33 kW and is CE, cCSAus, and NSF certified. It is designed for commercial use in restaurants and other food service establishments.

Some of the standard features of the range include a stainless steel exterior, a cool touch oven door handle, and adjustable legs. The two large ovens have a complete porcelain interior finish and come with removable oven rack guides and one oven rack per oven. The "S" series models of the range have 10 tubular heating elements that are controlled by infinite switches. The range also has an electro-mechanical heavy-duty oven thermostat with a temperature range of 150°F/66°C to 550°F/288°C.

Other options include a 17" high stainless steel backguard, storm rails for pots, an oven door latch, a drip tray stop, and deck fasteners. The range can also be equipped with convection ovens, a range-mounted salamander broiler, a thermostatically controlled griddle plate, and a solid steel hot top.
