The Master Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that measures 34" in width and features a modular design. It includes two 35,000 BTU open burners and a 17" even heat hot top, providing versatility and flexibility to your commercial kitchen. The range is equipped with electric ignition and flame fail protection for all burners, ensuring safety and ease of use. The stainless steel front and sides are durable and resistant to rust, scratches, and stains. The range also comes with a 7.5" stainless steel rail for convenient plating and prep work.

Standard features of this range include cast iron top grates, piezo spark ignition for the oven, stainless steel front and sides, fully porcelainized oven interior, 6" chrome steel adjustable legs, a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail, a stainless steel drip tray under the open burners, and Sentry total flame failure protection for all burners. The range also has removable ring grates over each open top burner and electric spark ignition on all pilots for models with the suffix -E. It is equipped with a heavy gauge aluminized steel radiation baffle shield and a 40,000 BTU natural gas or 35,000 BTU propane gas cast iron oven burner. The left side of the range features a 17" wide even heat plate with a 27,000 BTU "H" type burner controlled by a Hi-lo valve. The range also includes two 2-piece Starfire open burners with removable heads, rated at either 30,000 BTU CE approved or 35,000 BTU CSA approved, available in natural or propane gas.
