The Master Series Convection Oven is a gas-powered, double-deck oven with a deep depth of 43 inches. It features a 2-speed fan, Master 200 solid state controls with a 1-hour timer, and electric ignition. The oven has dependent 60/40 doors with windows and a stainless steel front, sides, and top. The interior cavity is made of porcelain and has a cooking cavity height of 24 inches. It comes with 6 chrome plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides and 6-1/2 inch legs. The oven has EnerLogic Technology and a heating capacity of 120,000 BTU. It is UL, cUL, and NSF certified.
 
 Standard features of the oven include the option to use natural or propane gas, a patented "Safety Door System," stainless steel construction, and a double deck option. It also has a direct spark ignition with a safety shutoff, full-length stainless steel positive door closure, and a 2-speed fan control with a 3/4HP fan motor. The oven has a porcelain enameled interior with coved corners and a total loading capacity of 60,000 BTU per oven cavity. It comes with a 2-year limited parts and 1-year labor warranty.
 
 Optional features include extra oven racks, a direct connect vent, 50 cycle components, a stainless steel oven interior, a stainless steel back enclosure, swivel casters with front brakes, a gas flex hose and quick disconnect, an 80,000 BTU burner package, a stainless steel open base with rack guides and shelf, and a 208 or 240-volt single-phase motor. The oven can also be customized with a stainless steel solid door or doors, low profile casters with front brakes, and a maximum security package.
