The Master Series Heavy Duty Range is a commercial gas range that features a 17" griddle and a storage base in a single unit. The griddle plate is 1" thick, allowing it to retain heat for longer periods and reduce recovery time between batches. It is equipped with a 33,000 BTU H-shaped burner that spreads heat evenly. The range also includes a stainless steel splash guard to catch splashes and spills, ensuring a clean and safe workspace. The storage base is concealed behind a stainless steel door, providing easy access to supplies needed for daily cooking.
The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability even with heavy daily use. It is mounted on 6" chrome steel legs that can be adjusted to various working heights.
This heavy-duty range is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified, guaranteeing its quality and safety.
Optional features for the range include a dais base, modular stand, stainless steel main back, gas regulator, end caps and cover, rear gas connection, Celsius dial for griddle thermostat, gas shut off valve, stainless steel adjustable legs, fully grooved griddle, stainless steel tubular high shelf, set of polyurethane non-marking swivel casters, stainless steel backguard, stainless steel common front rail, gas flex hose and quick disconnect.
The specifications of the range include a 1" thick steel griddle plate that is 17" wide x 24-3/4" deep. It is bordered by side and rear continuous-welded stainless steel splash guards. The range operates on natural or propane gas.
