The Master Series Heavy Duty Range by Garland is a gas range that is 17" wide and modular, allowing for additional units to be added. It features two 35,000 BTU open burners with cast iron grates. The front and sides are made of stainless steel for durability. The range has a total BTU output of 70,000 and is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a stainless steel door, cast iron top grates, stainless steel front and sides, a one-piece stainless steel drip tray, a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail, and an aluminized steel interior storage base. It also has 6" chrome steel adjustable legs, removable ring grate bowls over each burner, and two-piece Starfire burners with removable heads.
Optional features include a dais base, stainless steel main back, modular stand, gas regulator in 3/4" or 1-1/4" size, rear gas connection in 3/4" NPT, end caps and cover (NC, specify), gas shut off valve in 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4" NPT, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel tubular high shelf (single or double deck), a set of four polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes, stainless steel backguard in 10", 17", or 33" high, and a stainless steel common front rail up to 102" wide for multiple units in a battery. It also offers a gas flex hose and quick disconnect in 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4" NPT x 5' with a restraining device.
The specifications of the range include a heavy-duty gas range attachment with a storage base (Model M4S), two 35,000 BTU two-piece Starfire burners, heavy-duty cast iron top grate/ring grates, a 17" wide x 38" deep size (including a 7-1/2" deep stainless steel front rail), and stainless steel front and sides. The total BTU output is 70,000, and it is available in natural or propane gas. It can also be ordered with a modular top (suffix T). Note that attachments supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
