The Master Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that measures 34" and is designed to be modular. It features a griddle and a standard oven in one unit, making it convenient for commercial kitchens. The range is constructed with stainless steel on the front and sides, ensuring durability and the ability to withstand busy foodservice operations.
The griddle comes with three 33,000 BTU burners, each with individual Hi-Lo valve controls, allowing for precise temperature control. The griddle plate is 1" thick, providing excellent heat retention and speeding up cooking times. The range also includes a 7.5" stainless steel front rail, which can be used for additional prep work or plating food directly from the griddle.
The range is mounted on 6" chrome steel legs that can be adjusted to different working heights. It is also certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, ensuring its quality and safety standards.
Standard features of the range include a modular top section, adjustable chrome steel legs, a 1" thick steel griddle plate, piezo spark ignition for the oven, a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, a fully porcelainized oven interior, a clip-on stainless steel backsplash, and Hi-Lo valve control for each griddle burner.
Additional features include a storage base interior made of aluminized steel with a shelf, a 2-5/16" high welded steel splash guard on the sides and back, a removable front-mounted stainless steel grease receptacle, and a 40,000 BTU natural gas or 35,000 propane gas cast iron oven burner.
