The Master Series Heavy Duty Range is a commercial gas range designed for increased cooking flexibility and capacity. It features three 18,000 BTU open burners and three French tops. The base of the range serves as a storage cabinet for cooking supplies. The front and sides are made of stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion. The open burners have cast-iron grates that can be easily removed for cleaning. The range sits on 6" adjustable chrome legs.
This commercial range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF guidelines.
Standard features of the range include cast iron top grates, piezo spark ignition for the oven, stainless steel front and sides, fully porcelainized oven interior, storage base made of aluminized steel, a one-piece stainless steel drip tray, 6" chrome steel adjustable legs, a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail, removable ring grates over open burners at the front, a 40,000 BTU natural gas or 35,000 BTU propane cast iron oven burner, three 18,000 BTU natural gas or 16,000 BTU propane gas Starfire open burners, and three solid removable cast iron hot top plates at the rear, each with a 15,000 BTU natural gas or 16,000 BTU propane gas Starfire burner.
Optional features include an additional oven rack, a stainless steel main back, a gas regulator in 3/4" or 1-1/4" size, a stainless steel oven interior, end caps and cover, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a dais base (not for use with RC oven), a Celsius dial for the oven thermostat, a gas shut-off valve in 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4" NPT size, a rear gas connection in 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4" NPT size, 230 volt, 50 cycle components, an RC motor for export, a storage base shelf made of aluminized or stainless steel, a stainless steel tubular high shelf in single or double deck, a convection oven base, a set of four polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes, a stainless steel backguard in 10", 17", or 33" size, a stainless steel common front rail up to 102" wide for two or more units in a battery,
