The Arctic Fire Refrigerator Base is a two-section remote refrigeration unit with a stainless steel exterior. It features four self-closing drawers with center pull handles and 6" stainless steel legs. This refrigerator base is only available when ordered with Master Series modular cook tops. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 1.5 amps. Standard features include 6" adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a center located flush mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior front and sides. It also has a vertically mounted blower coil with HFC-404A refrigerant, heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides with stainless steel bearings, and removable track assembly drawers with a 10-year warranty for parts. The unit has a front face mounted scroll type thermometer (digital thermometer on CE units) and an ABS interior door front and cabinet sides. The interior top, rear, and bottom are made of stainless steel. The refrigerator base has a 6" mechanical section with a removable front panel for all refrigerant and electrical connections. The standard drawers have a mullion between them to accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans (GN 1/1 pans, 100 mm deep for CE units). Note that the compressor is not included and must be provided by others. The unit must be hard-wired on site. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks to accommodate sheet pans instead of drawers (not available on 32" drawers), and step-down sections with single drawers for modular top charbroilers.
