The Arctic Fire Refrigerator Base is a four-section remote refrigeration unit with a width of 109". It features eight self-closing drawers with center pull handles and a stainless steel exterior. The unit also has 6" stainless steel legs and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 1.5 amps. Standard features include adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior. The unit also has a vertically mounted blower coil and uses HFC-404A refrigerant. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides have stainless steel bearings, and the drawers have a removable track assembly with a 10-year warranty for parts. Other features include a front face mounted scroll type thermometer, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The unit has a mechanical panel for refrigerant and electrical connections, and the standard drawers can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks for sheet pans, and step-down sections for modular top charbroilers. The unit can also be equipped with extra deep drawers to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans. The specifications of the unit include a stainless steel exterior, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The unit has 6" adjustable legs as standard and is intended for commercial applications only. It is not approved or authorized for home or residential use. If used with a modular top charbroiler, the unit can be constructed with a "step-down" section to accommodate the increased height. The charbroiler must be mounted on either end, and the drawer will accommodate a 6" deep hotel pan.
