The Cheesemelter is a gas-powered appliance that is 35-1/2" wide and designed to be mounted on a range. It is equipped with a center-mounted 47-1/4" flue riser and side flue extensions. The appliance features two 15,000 BTU infrared burners with individual controls. It also includes a chrome-plated rack with four position glides and a large removable grease pan. The front, top, sides, backsplash, and bottom heat shield are all made of stainless steel. The appliance has a 30,000 BTU rating and is CSA and NSF certified. Standard features of the Cheesemelter include a gas regulator and a unique burner design that directs heat downward. The appliance is available in both counter-mount and range-mount options. The counter-mount version has a stainless steel front, top, and two sides, and comes with 4" legs. The range-mount version has a stainless steel front, top, sides, backsplash, and protective bottom heat shield. Optional features include interconnecting piping for range mount and a stainless steel wall bracket kit with a heat shield for wall mounting. All models of the Cheesemelter have two atmospheric type 15,000 BTU gas infrared burners. These burners are individually controlled with high and low valve settings. The high-efficiency infrared burners provide fast preheat and uniform production. The unique atmospheric burner design directs heat downward to the heavy chrome-plated rack. The rack is supported by sturdy chrome-plated rack guides and can be adjusted to four positions. Both the rack and rack guides are easily removable for cleaning. Range-mounted cheese melters are supported by heavy-duty steel brackets.
