The Cheesemelter by Garland is a gas-powered appliance that can be either countertop or wall-mounted. It has a width of 34" and features two 15,000 BTU infrared burners with individual controls. The burners provide fast preheat and uniform production thanks to their high-efficiency design. The heat is directed downward to the chrome-plated rack, which is supported by sturdy chrome-plated rack guides. The rack is adjustable to four positions and can be easily removed for cleaning. Range-mounted cheese melters are supported by heavy-duty steel brackets.
