The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that is designed to improve productivity and speed in a restaurant kitchen. It has a width of 24" and features four powerful 33,000 BTU open burners and a Space Saver oven. The cooking surface is 27" deep, allowing for the preparation of multiple orders at once. 

The range is made with stainless steel worktop, front, sides, and 6" legs, ensuring durability and longevity. Each burner is controlled by a large knob, and maintenance is made easy with the stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom. The burners come with cast iron top and ring grates for optimal heat retention and safe handling of heavy pots and pans. 

The range also includes a stainless steel plate rail at the front for additional surface space and a 2-piece stainless steel back guard and shelf for storage and protection. The Space Saver oven is powered by a 32,000 BTU burner and includes one adjustable rack with three positions. The oven temperature can be set up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the interior is made of porcelain for easy cleaning. 

The range is CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certified, ensuring its quality and safety standards. It also comes with a gas regulator, large control knobs, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a 5" plate rail. 

Optional features include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, piezo spark ignition for griddles, and more.
