The E24 Series Fryer is an electric countertop fryer with a width of 18". It comes with twin nickel-plated perforated baskets and has a fat capacity of 30 lbs. The fryer features swing-up elements and thermostatic controls. It has a stainless steel front and sides and comes with 4" legs. The fryer has a power of 16.0 kW and is NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the fryer include a recovery signal light, 4" sanitary legs, stainless steel front and sides, twin nickel-plated perforated baskets, fail-safe control with a red flashing indicator light, and a hydraulic thermostat that can be set from 200°F to 375°F.
