The Teppan-Yaki Drop-In Commercial Griddle is an electric griddle with a grill size of 59-5/8" x 24-1/16". It features a stainless steel front and sides, as well as a 11" x 34" heat zone. The griddle has a power of 6.7 kW and is cCSAus and NSF certified. Standard features of this griddle include six available sizes, a stainless steel front and sides, a 3/4" thick Drop-In Griddle plate, and 4" stainless steel sanitary legs. It also has an electronic thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 500°F and a heated cooking zone of 11" x 34". The griddle can be powered by either 208 or 240 Volts, and customers need to specify whether they require single or 3 phase power. Optional features for this griddle include a stainless steel main back and a 1" flange edge for easier drop-in installation.
