The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a 36" modular top. It features two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right side and a 24" griddle on the left side. The griddle has a 1" thick steel plate and thermostatic controls. The range also includes a 7" high backguard and is made with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box. It has a total BTU rating of 130,000 (natural gas) and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
