The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas-powered range with a 36" size and a modular top. It features three open burners at the front, each with a BTU rating of 35,000. At the rear, there are three hot tops with a BTU rating of 15,000. The range also includes a 7" high backguard for added safety. 

Made with stainless steel, the front, sides, plate rail, and burner box of the range are durable and easy to clean. It has a powerful heating capacity of 150,000 BTU when using natural gas. The range is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, ensuring its quality and safety standards.
