The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas-powered modular range with a 12" griddle. It features an Add-A-Unit design, allowing for easy expansion and customization. The griddle is made of 1" thick steel plate and has manual controls. The range also includes a 7" backguard and is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box. It has a 30,000 BTU output and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
