The FWE P-200 2 Door Heated Banquet Cabinet is designed to safely and securely transport large amounts of plated food. It features a durable platform that is built to last. With four heavy-duty shelves, this cabinet can store up to 200 covered plates stacked five high. Setting the temperature inside the cabinet is easy with the manual controls. The temperature can be set between 90°F and 190°F in 10-degree increments. The cabinet also includes a simple analog thermometer for checking the temperature at a glance, without the need for electricity. To keep food warm and moist, the cabinet is equipped with the patented Humi-Temp system. This system uses a nickel-chromium alloy heating element and a humidifying chamber with a removable humidifier pan to provide heat and maintain moisture. The hot moist air is evenly circulated throughout the cabinet by a fan-cooled blower motor. The cabinet doors are securely closed and easily opened with edge-mounted full grip latches. The insulated stainless steel doors lock in heat and ensure an airtight seal with cabinet-mounted door seals. The exterior of the cabinet is made from tough 20 gauge stainless steel with a polished finish for easy cleaning. The interior is made from 22 gauge stainless steel and features coved corners for convenience. The cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass insulation to keep the interior warm without using excessive power. The cabinet is easy to move thanks to the 6" maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters. It also features a solid aluminum frame with a non-marking vinyl cushion for added protection. For safety and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed and classified by UL EPH. It has also passed CE and IPX4 certification.
