The FWE MTU-4 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is the perfect choice for operators in need of a holding cabinet with temperature and humidity controls. The interior of the cabinet features universal tray slides that can be adjusted at 1-½" increments, allowing for flexible storage options. These tray slides can accommodate 18"x26" or 12"x20" pans.
The controls of the cabinet are conveniently located at eye-level and recessed, providing easy access while staying out of the way. The thermostat controls are graduated at 10-degree intervals and can be set from 90°F to 190°F. The humidity dial allows for easy adjustment from moist to crisp. The cabinet is equipped with two separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements that generate heat for both the holding temperature and humidity. A removable stainless steel water reservoir measuring 12"x20" provides water for moisture control. The cabinet also features a self-lubricated Hi-Temp blower motor that circulates warm air and moisture throughout the cabinet.
The door of the cabinet is designed for ease of use and features a magnetic workflow door handle. The insulated stainless steel door locks in heat with the help of a cabinet-mounted door gasket. The exterior of the cabinet is made of tough 20 gauge stainless steel with a polished finish that is easy to wipe down. The interior is constructed of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass, which helps to keep the heat in and save on power usage. The cabinet is also equipped with 3-½" swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility.
This holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and has IPX4 and CE certification, ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation.
