The FWE MT-1220-45 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is a convenient choice for controlling both temperature and humidity in food storage. It offers flexibility with removable fixed racks designed to hold 12"x20" pans with a spacing of 2-?". For precise control, the electronic controls feature two dials. The temperature control dial allows for setting the temperature from 90°F to 190°F in 10-degree increments, while the second dial allows users to set the moisture level from moist to crisp. The controls are front-mounted at eye-level for easy access and recessed to stay out of the way. Each cavity has two separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements for temperature and humidity control. Air is distributed throughout the cabinet by a high-temperature fan-cooled blower motor. To add moisture, there is a removable 12"x20" stainless steel water reservoir. Accessing the interior is easy with the magnetic workflow handles. The stainless steel doors are insulated to prevent heat loss, and airtight seals are provided by the cabinet-mounted gaskets. The exterior is made of durable 20 gauge stainless steel with a polished finish for easy maintenance. The interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet features UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation to keep the interior warm without using excessive power. Moving the cabinet is effortless with maintenance-free 5" polyurethane casters. This holding cabinet is certified with CE and IPX4, and it is UL listed and UL EPH classified for safety and sanitation.
