The FWE HLC-8 Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is a compact and reliable model that offers consistent performance for many years. It has fixed racks with 2-inch spacing, designed to hold 12x20-inch pans and GN 1/1 containers. The racks can be easily removed for cleaning. The cabinet allows users to set the temperature between 90°F and 190°F and monitor it with the high-visibility digital display. It is equipped with an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element that provides radiant heat. The door of the cabinet has a magnetic workflow handle that is easy to grasp and stays out of the way. It is insulated to prevent heat from escaping and features a cabinet mounted door gasket. The exterior of the cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel, which is polished for easy cleaning. The interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass to retain heat and save on power usage. It is also equipped with 3.5-inch maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters for easy mobility. For commercial use, the cabinet has CE and IPX4 certification, as well as UL listing and UL EPH classification for safety and sanitation. Additional features include a field reversible door for flexible installation options, energy star approval for energy efficiency, and the option to stack multiple cabinets for increased capacity. The electronic control is user-friendly and comes with a low temperature alarm.
