The HLC-1717-11-UC Handy Line Heated Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet designed to save space while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. It features eleven shelves with a fixed 2" spacing to hold 17" pizza boxes. The temperature can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F using the ergonomic digital controls. The cabinet has an easy-to-read digital display for monitoring the current temperature. Heat is provided by an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element. The door has a magnetic workflow handle and is sealed with a cabinet-mounted gasket. The exterior is made of tough 20 gauge stainless steel with a polished finish, while the interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet has four 2" swivel casters for mobility. It is UL listed, UL EPH classified, IPX4 certified, and CE certified to meet strict standards. Optional accessories include mechanical controls, different door configurations, custom shelf spacing, stainless steel shelves, different caster sizes, drop handles, and custom graphic wraps.
