This cabinet can utilize canned heat and has three heavy-duty shelves that can hold up to 108 covered 11" plates stacked six high.
The cabinet features digital controls that allow you to adjust the holding temperature between 90°F and 190°F. The temperature is easy to monitor with the digital display. A top-mounted forced-air blower with self-lubrication and fan cooling ensures that heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet. In situations where there are no power outlets nearby, slide-out drawers for canned fuel can provide heat. A louvered heat tunnel ensures "No-Fail" combustion and exhausts fumes from the canned fuel, while also distributing heat evenly through natural convection.
The doors of the cabinet are easy to open and close with stainless steel flush-in-door mounted paddle latches. The fully insulated gasketless doors help to keep heat inside the cabinet. The exterior of the cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability in demanding foodservice environments. The polished finish is easy to clean. The interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. High-density fiberglass insulation helps to maintain the temperature with minimal power.
For portability, the cabinet is equipped with 6" maintenance-free polyurethane casters. To provide additional protection, a solid 1-½" wide wraparound aluminum frame with a snap-in non-marking vinyl cushion is installed to the base and extends beyond the doors.
This holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and has IPX4 and CE certification, ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation.
