The E-720 2 Door Heated Banquet Cabinet from FWE is designed to keep plated food warm and ready to serve. It can be powered by electricity or canned heat when there is no electrical power available. The cabinet can hold up to 72 plates on its four heavy-duty shelves, with the plates stacked three high. The temperature inside the cabinet can be easily monitored with the high-visibility digital display. The control interface is simple, allowing the holding temperature to be set from 90°F to 190°F. To ensure even heat distribution, a powerful top-mounted fan-cooled blower motor is installed. In situations where electrical power is unavailable, the slide-out drawers at the bottom of the interior can be used to hold canned heat. Heat is distributed evenly through a vented heat distribution tunnel and natural convection. The door latches are mounted flush-in-door to prevent them from catching onto things. Made from stainless steel, the latches measure 4"x5" and are durable. The doors are gasketless and insulated to efficiently maintain the interior temperature. Constructed from stainless steel, the cabinet is durable and easy to maintain. The exterior is 20 gauge with a polished finish, while the interior features 22 gauge construction with coved corners for easy cleaning. High-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation in the sides, top, bottom, and sides helps maintain the temperature with minimal power. For additional protection, a 1-½" continuous wraparound aluminum channel with a snap-n vinyl cushion is bolted to the frame and extends past the doors. The vinyl bumper is non-marking to prevent scuffs on walls and doors. The cabinet is easy to move around thanks to the maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters. This holding cabinet meets IPX4 and CE certification standards and is listed by UL and classified by UL EPH, ensuring the highest safety and sanitation standards. Standard features include removable heavy-duty shelves for easy cleaning, doors that lie flush against the unit when opened to keep work aisles unobstructed, and a unique baffle and vented tunnel that minimizes temperature difference throughout the cabinet. The controls are up-front and eye-level, with a full-range thermostat adjustable to the actual temperature. The thermometer continuously reads the cabinet temperature, even without a power source. The cabinet is designed for high performance in banquet operations and is engineered for transport applications. Optional accessories include an upgraded element, solar digital thermometer, magnetic latch, key locking door latch
