The FPRE214 electric multiple-battery fryer from Frymaster is a durable and energy-efficient electric open-pot fryer. It is equipped with two 14 kW 50-lb stainless steel frypots, available in both full and split designs. The fryer features Frymaster's proprietary flat-bar heating elements, which can be easily lifted up for cleaning. The low-watt density of these heating elements ensures durability, just like the stainless steel door and enamel cabinet of the unit. The fryer also includes an RTD 1° compensating temperature probe for accurate oil temperature control.
One of the key features of the FPRE214 fryer is its built-in filtration system, which is located inside the fryer cabinet. This eliminates the need for extra floor space and enhances the productivity of the frying operation. The fryer also has a rear oil flush, allowing for easy cleaning from the front of the unit. The filtration process can be completed in just 5 minutes without interrupting the operation, and the fryer can handle up to six fryers in one battery. Sediment is collected in a deep cold zone, and the frypots are equipped with drain valves (1-1/4" for full frypots and 1" for split frypots).
