The fryer also includes a temperature probe, rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and twin baskets. It is made of stainless steel and has a 14kW power input. The fryer is cULus, NSF, TUV, ENERGY STAR®, and Enerlogic® certified. It comes with casters, rear oil flush, CM3.5 controller, 2 twin fry baskets, and a drain safety switch. The fryer is available in 14kw, 17kw, or 22kw input options. It has a deep cold zone and a full or split frypot design for easy cleaning. The fryer also has a proprietary temperature probe and self-standing heating elements. The filter system includes casters, a 4 GPM pump, filter starter kit, and a 1/3 H.P. filter motor. It can filter up to 6 fryers in one battery and has stainless crumb catchers for easy cleaning. The filter pan is designed on rails for easy cleaning and has a sloped drain pan to minimize residue oil. The filter cycle is completed in less than 5 minutes. The fryer also has various options and accessories available, such as full baskets, crisper trays, split frypots, triplet baskets, splash shields, sediment trays, frypot covers, and spreader cabinets. It can also be equipped with different controllers, automatic basket lifts, and external oil discharge.
