The FPEL314CA from the OCF30 Series is an electric multiple-battery fryer designed for large volume production. It is ENERGY STAR-rated and comes with three 30-lb frypots, each with twin baskets. These frypots are made of stainless steel, as are the door and cabinet sides. The fryer features the Oil Attendant® system, which eliminates the need for manual oil refills.
