The Frymaster commercial floor model electric fryer is a reliable cooking equipment that can help you prepare large quantities of fried food for your customers. It has a 60 lb. oil capacity and an open-pot design that conserves oil. The fryer includes a rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and three twin baskets. It is made of stainless steel and is UL, cULus, NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and Enerlogic® certified.
The fryer also has several standard features such as three twin baskets per frypot, sturdy stainless steel basket hangers, and a robust temperature probe. The 21814EF, 31814EF, and 41814EF models come with filtration and casters. It has a high energy efficiency and production capacity, with 17 kW input per frypot. The fryer uses 60 lbs. of oil and can cook three twin baskets of food at the same time.
The fryer is equipped with a SMART4U® Lane controller that has programmable cook buttons and features for consistent cooking. The 11814E/RE17/11814E model also includes two additional twin baskets and an RE17 frypot that meets ENERGY STAR® guidelines. The frypot has a 50-lb oil capacity and a 14" x 14" x 3-1/2" cooking area.
There are also various options and accessories available for the fryer, such as full baskets, crisper trays, dual baskets, quad baskets, splash shields, frypot covers, chicken baskets, chicken/fish plates, built-in filters, casters, and different types of controllers. Additionally, there is an option for bulk oil disposal and fresh fill, as well as external oil discharge.
