The Gelato Soft Serve Machine is a new invention by Elmeco that is designed to make creamy and tasty premium soft serve gelato, frozen yogurt, shakes, and smoothies. In just about 1.5 hours, the QK1 can produce up to 200 oz. of finished soft serve product. It comes with a programmable Automatic Defrost Timer that can be set to turn the machine on and off at specific times.
