 Operating this brewer is simple - just twist the control handles to start and stop the brewing process. It also comes with a manual faucet for easy access to hot water. Please note that a thermal server is not included, but you can purchase compatible FETCO TPD-30 servers separately.
 
 This brewer is equipped with six 4.0 kW heaters, which efficiently heat water to the optimal temperature. It can heat up to 45 to 54 gallons of water per hour. It requires 120/208-240v 3-phase power and draws a maximum of 50.7-58.5 amps.
