The FETCO CBS-52H-20 (C53046) Handle Operated Series Coffee Brewer is a simple and efficient coffee maker that can brew two thermal servers at once, making it perfect for large scale brewing. It has a maximum brewing output of 317 (12 oz.) cups per hour.
 
 The controls on this coffee maker are incredibly easy to use. Simply twist the handles to start or stop the brewing process. This mechanism is designed to withstand heavy daily use and can keep up with high demand. The manual faucet on this brewer dispenses water safely away from the brew basket and steam, providing convenient access to hot water. Please note that the thermal servers are sold separately, and this brewer is specifically designed to use FETCO D450 or D453 containers.
 
 Inside this brewer, there are three 4.0 kW heaters that quickly bring water to the optimal brewing temperature. This unit requires 120/208v 3-phase power and draws 25.6-29.6 amps at peak output.
