The standard features of this product include black trim, a stainless steel deck, a rear wrapping board, adjustable leg levelers, and the ability to be used for wet or dry heat. Each well can hold a full-size pan and the unit is designed for continuous line-ups. The tempered glass top, ends, and doors provide visibility and the sloped front glass makes cleaning easy. The top-mounted infrared heater and incandescent lighting ensure even product temperature and illumination. The removable sliding rear doors have moisture vents and a front-glass defogger to prevent excess moisture buildup. The steel base construction comes in a choice of six standard laminates, with other finishes available. The heating wells are made of stainless steel and each has its own cal-rod heating element and thermostat, as well as a drain and valve. The product is also equipped with incandescent lighting for product illumination. It is UL Safety and UL Sanitation listed. Optional accessories include legs, locks, a package shelf, a scale platform, reflective ends, a special base finish, reflective rear doors, a top cutting board, a light below the package shelf, front glass and rear door options, a joining kit for continuous line-ups, and the choice of white ends or mirrored interior ends with a laminated exterior.
