Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when reopening doors. The system uses electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The system also has a high-performance, auto-reverse condenser fan motor to support compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning. The condensing unit uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 refrigerant, which has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The Blizzard R290 refrigerant is easily replaceable and does not require on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The worktop is made of 16 gauge, high-quality stainless steel. The cabinet has 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The interior and exterior are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The cabinet features energy-efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. Doors The doors have high-strength, recessed handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. They also have 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up. The doors come pre-installed with locks to keep your items safe from theft. They are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The doors also have snap-in magnetic door gaskets, making cleaning and replacement an easy process. Shelving The shelving has height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Each section comes with two epoxy coated, steel wire shelves.
