Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when reopening doors. The system uses electronically commulated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning with its auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is side mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable. The R290 refrigerant has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). It is easily replaceable and does not require on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The worktop is made of high-quality stainless steel and is 16 gauge thick. The cabinet has 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The interior of the cabinet has an open spaced design with no walls between compartments. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The cabinet is equipped with energy-efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. Doors The doors have high strength, recessed handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. They also have 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up. The doors come pre-installed with locks to keep your items safe from theft. They are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The doors have snap-in magnetic door gaskets, making cleaning and replacement an easy process.
