Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system is designed with front air breathing for flexible installation. It comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a standard 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The system features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. It also includes a large capacity, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils. The system has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The refrigeration system utilizes electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. It also has a self-maintaining, energy-efficient condensate drain pan that requires no external drains or electric heaters. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when reopening doors. The system includes a back-mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable Blizzard R290 condensing unit that uses environmentally friendly, EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant. The high-performance, auto-reverse condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning. Refer to the owner's manual for full maintenance instructions. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The worktop is made of 16-gauge, high-quality stainless steel. The cabinet features 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Doors The doors are designed with high-strength, recessed door handles. They are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, with 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up. The doors come pre-installed with locks to keep your items safe from theft. They are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The doors also have snap-in magnetic door gaskets, making cleaning and replacement an easy process. Shelving The shelving includes height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Each section comes with two epoxy-coated, steel wire shelves.
